Who it suits

A strong choice for confident skiers who want long vertical descents. Beginners can focus on the lower Sakka and Kitaone side instead of treating the whole mountain as easy.

Terrain to know

Happo-one spans more than 1,000 m of vertical. The upper Kurobishi and Usagidaira side includes expert terrain, while gentler routes are concentrated lower down.

How to read this map

Compare the black upper routes around Grat Quad and Kurobishi with the green lines near Sakka at the lower right. Pick a descent to your intended base before riding high lifts.
