The 10 km longest descent runs from the top through Yamabiko, Uenotaira, Paradise and Rinkan. Upper red runs and lower green traverses make route choice as important as the headline distance.
Locate your return base first: Hikage, Nagasaka and Karasawa sit at different points along the bottom. Then trace the green Uenotaira–Paradise corridor or a steeper Yamabiko route toward that base.
